Cancelling Your Order:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. A full refund for the cost of the product being canceled will be authorized upon our receipt of your cancellation notification. It is your responsibility to return the goods to i-Poss Ltd, in the same condition that you received them, following cancellation, and the cost of postage to return the item/s is also your responsibility and will not be refunded. Importantly, the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the cancellation. If your goods have already been dispatched, you will be required to return them at your cost. If you have already received your order, please print off our cancellation letter to be filled in and sent to us along with the goods.

Delivery:

Customer orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days. Please be aware that during busy periods this may be longer. As we deliver by Evri Royal Mail, we anticipate that customer orders will be delivered by the next working day after you have been advised that your order has been dispatched, however, Royal Mail can take an extra few days during busy periods. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will inform you by email or telephone and advise you of an estimated delivery date.

Payment:

Prices are in pounds sterling, including VAT. We accept major credit/debit cards. International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties.
